CHET R. MARSHALL
"Building For the Future By Taking A Firm Grip On The Present"

Four areas of every medical practice administrator's life continually need construction or remodeling. Following this session you will be able to dig more deeply into the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) Body of Knowledge to strengthen your administrative foundation; construct a personal grassroots political-advocacy strategy to serve your career, practice and community; build effective relationships with payers on multiple levels; and landscape your health care technology habitat so it does not overrun you.

Chet R. Marshall is a speaker, author, consultant and entrepreneur and has many years of experience in the medical management field. He was one of the "founding fathers" of the Anesthesia Administration Assembly.

Chet has presented numerous sessions for the MGMA at the state, national and international levels for over 20 years. He has also served in several committee and leadership capacities with MGMA including a five-year term on the Governmental Relations Committee.
