BRAD
NIEDER, M.D.
"Laughter is the Best
Medicine"
Some call him the Funny Doctor. Some call him the Phunny
Physician. To most, though, he's know as the Healthy Humorist.
Dr. Nieder prescribes a dose of laughter for anyone. After
all, laughter is the best medicine. Well, maybe penicillin is
better. And aspirin is good too. But laughter is still quite
effective at reducing stress, managing pain and boosting the
immune system. In the workplace, it can enhance communication,
aid creativity and improve productivity. And when Dr. Brad
speaks, it's contagious! How did
this doctor become "Dr. Funny"? While at Stanford University,
he became the founding member in the SIMPS improv comedy
troupe. During medical school at the University of Colorado,
Brad frequently performed standup comedy throughout Denver for
both live audiences...and cadavers. He then took his unique
style to the East Coast when he went to the Medical College of
Virginia for his residency training. Currently, he is a
general practitioner in Denver who is a specialist in Healthy
Humor. |
